Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy at Ketamine Wellness Infusions PA

Ketamine Wellness Infusions

Unlocking New Paths to Healing

We’re excited to announce a transformative collaboration at Ketamine Wellness Infusions PA. Founder and CRNA Jill Gabay has joined forces with licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist Tracey Ellenbogen, LCSW, to offer a deeply personalized and powerful therapeutic option: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

What Is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?

KAP is a groundbreaking treatment that merges the fast-acting effects of ketamine, an FDA-approved medicine, with the depth and lasting change that comes from psychotherapy. This integrated model supports emotional openness, cognitive flexibility, and access to previously unreachable parts of the psyche, facilitating insight, healing, and self-compassion.

Expanding Our Healing Approach to KAP

Tracey Ellenbogen, LCSW, brings over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapeutic clinician to this work, grounded in a trauma-informed and compassionate presence. Her deep attunement supports clients in navigating their inner landscapes with care and curiosity. She completed her training practicum in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Ketamine Kollaborations in Philadelphia (Summer 2024) and participates in biweekly clinical supervision with other trained KAP therapists to ensure ethical, high-quality care.

In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Tracey is also a dedicated meditation teacher and facilitator. She leads ongoing meditation support groups, helping individuals cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation, skills that deeply complement and enhance the KAP process.

In her words:

“Ketamine can show us what is salient for us to know, grapple with within our psyche.”
This medicine experience can offer a felt sense of goodness – a crucial shift for individuals with long-standing depression, complex PTSD, or histories of childhood neglect and trauma.

As a psychotherapist, Tracey resonates with Sunny Strasburg’s The Theradelic Approach:

“As a psychotherapist, I imagine myself as a midwife of the psyche. What desires to be born from within each being will move along its natural path. My job is not to push, pull, or force change, but rather to allow what is being born to arrive with as much ease and delight as possible. There is great joy in this process, and witnessing the birth of a client’s potential is a sacred honor.”

Whether in low-dose sessions that allow for meaningful conversation and thought exploration, or in immersive, medicine-forward journeys, Tracey’s priority is cultivating a sense of safety and attunement—especially essential for those with dysregulated nervous systems shaped by trauma.
